Confidentiality begins from the time of first contact. This means that if you are reading this, you have confidentiality with Adjustment Guidance (AG). We never reveal who emails, calls, or even reads our web page to anyone for any reason.

When you email AG, I generally respond within 24 hours. I am Kisstopher Musick, PhD the lead psychologist for AG.

When you email, you can ask as many questions as you like. The email address provided is my direct email and completely confidential. I am the only who reads any of the emails sent to the adjustmentguidance@yahoo.com email address. In your email, please send a list of days and times that you would like an appointment. I will do my best to accommodate your availability. If I am not available at any of the times you have requested, I will send you alternative dates and times.

From the first appointment onward, I will listen to you and do my best to begin the process of helping you have more good days than bad. At the end of your consultation, I will ask if you would like to schedule your next appointment or schedule by email, but you are under no obligation to do so. I simply ask as a way to communicate that I feel confident and comfortable working with you. If you are unsure about working with me or need time to reflect before our next appointment, please simply respond that you would like to schedule by email.
