Trauma is something no one deserves, yet many people experience it in different ways. Its impact can be confusing, painful, and at times difficult to put into words. For many, healing begins with having a space where they can speak openly and be met with understanding rather than judgment.
You are not to blame for what has happened to you. And even if things feel overwhelming right now, it is possible for life to feel different over time.
I am Kisstopher Musick, PhD, lead therapist at Adjustment Guidance. I work with clients to gently process and understand their experiences, whether they are dealing with current situations or the lasting effects of past trauma. Our work together focuses on helping you feel safer, more grounded, and better able to navigate the emotions that come with healing.
If you are in a difficult or unsafe situation, we can also focus on practical steps to support your safety and help you make decisions at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is calm, supportive, and client-centered. I aim to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you move forward.
You do not have to go through this alone.
If you feel ready, sessions are available via Zoom.
