Trauma is not something anyone deserves to experience and is more common than we think. For many, the healing process begins with having at least one person in their life they can be honest with about what they have experienced or are experiencing, free from judgement. Having a safe space to understand your specific trauma and create a roadmap to safety is essential to your recovery. My hope is that you know your trauma is not your fault. No matter how you are feeling right now, I promise this is not your forever and you can have more good days than bad.
