I am Kisstopher Musick, PhD, lead therapist at Adjustment Guidance. I work with clients experiencing depression by offering a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you are feeling. Whether your depression is connected to a specific experience or has been present for a long time, you do not have to face it alone.
My approach is compassionate and steady. I will listen carefully, help you feel understood, and support you as you take manageable steps toward feeling better at a pace that is right for you.
