Anxiety Adjustment

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and sometimes difficult to understand. It may come on suddenly or build over time, leaving you feeling unsettled or out of control. For some, anxiety can be very physical, and even after it passes, it can leave behind lingering tension, self-doubt, or frustration. It can affect how you think, feel, and move through your day.

I am Kisstopher Musick, PhD, lead therapist at Adjustment Guidance. I work with clients to better understand their anxiety and find ways to feel more steady and at ease. Our sessions provide a calm, supportive space where you can speak openly and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing.

My approach is thoughtful and practical. Together, we will work at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on helping you feel more grounded and better able to navigate difficult moments.
